Thank you all for coming along today to the Annual Event at the beautiful Haughley Park. We had some amazing weather today, a little cold at the start but wow did it heat up by the finish, you were all incredible

We had a beautiful lap with some slight undulations, as usual, lots of downhill, the feedback we have received has been really great about today.

It was great to meet so many of you for the first time and it was also so nice to see so many familiar faces - we welcome all of you to the Zig Zag Family! Congratulations to all of you who achieved PB's, to those of you who did firsts, from first 10k's, first Half Marathons, First heavy Half Marathons & First Marathons

Today's event Route: A 5.3k loop with paths, trail and grass, slight undulations

Marshals and Support:  We are so lucky to have the best marshals in the world. Once again we would like to extend our gratitude to all the brilliant marshals who ensured a smooth and fun experience for everyone. Their commitment to making the events enjoyable for all participants is remarkable. Considering the weather they were truly amazing and we had so many great comments about how they really made the day special.

Pictures and Memories: Remember to check out the amazing pictures captured during today's run! They will be uploaded to our Zig Zag running group on Facebook. Feel free to tag yourself and your friends to share the moments.

What’s new – We have Launched our Inaugural 100 Mile event, a 32 hour event where you can decide to go for the hundred miles or even choose to come along throughout the event and join in on the fun at the farm and run your own distance over the various other 6 hour options we have

All medals are ordered through to the end of May with some of the next few events either sold out or getting close so don’t leave it too long if you have your eye on a specific piece of bling for your collection.

That said, we attach the race diary for the whole of 2025 and into 2026 so you can start planning your adventures.

What's next - The Easter Challenge at Brandon Country Park on Friday 18th April 2025. There are Lucky Dip medal spaces available if you wish to join us!

We are also hosting the Great Barrow Challenge (10 Events in 10 Days) for the third year.  Another great opportunity to push your boundaries and see what you can achieve.

Attached you'll find the results from today, course records and events diary.  Congratulations to those that took a record, got their own PR or PB’s.

A thank you also goes out today to Wilde & Greene, Salomon, Up & Running and Goodvibe for being part of our events village.

Until the next run

Best wishes

Stephen and Zoe
